Most of Cabo is built for volume. Casa Benvie is one condo, on the highest floor, facing open water — so the only thing you hear at night is the surf, and the only thing on the balcony in the morning is you.
Where you will spend most of the holiday
The balcony is private and it faces open ocean, uninterrupted. Coffee at seven, shade by two, and a sunset that turns the whole room orange without you having to move. Guests who arrive planning day trips tend to cancel half of them.
Bright, uncluttered, and built to be lived in
A full kitchen for the mornings you would rather not go anywhere. Air conditioning that works. Fast internet if you have to. One bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, so four people fit without anyone drawing the short straw.
You will hear the water from the bed
This is the detail people write about afterwards. The surf is close enough that it carries through the window at night — the sound people pay a subscription for at home, running here for free.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the swim-up bar a short walk from the door. Concierge is on site — a private driver from the airport, a fishing charter, a table somewhere worth the drive. Ask before you arrive and it is arranged by the time you land.
The same house, on better terms
Casa Benvie is listed publicly, and you are welcome to book that way. Reserving here simply removes the middle layer: you deal with the owner, the platform's guest service fee comes off the total, and the terms are ours to set rather than a policy page's.

Casa Benvie sits in Misiones del Cabo, on the coast just outside Cabo San Lucas in Baja California Sur. Downtown and the Marina are about eight minutes by car; Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is roughly forty-five minutes away.
Four. There is one bedroom with a proper bed, a sofa bed in the living area, and one full bathroom. It suits a couple perfectly, a small family comfortably, and two couples who do not mind sharing a bathroom. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it on arrival.

Yes. A private driver from SJD, fishing charters, sunset sails, ATV tours through the desert, and restaurant reservations can all be arranged through the on-site concierge. Mention it in your enquiry and it will be waiting rather than negotiated on arrival.
November to April is the settled season — dry, warm, and whales offshore from roughly December through April. May, June and early November are the quiet value: the same weather, noticeably lower rates, far fewer people. September is hurricane season and the emptiest month of the year by some distance.
