Through years of flying back and forth between Halifax, Nashville, and Cabo, I've gotten to know a lot of pilots, flight attendants, gate agents, and ground staff. We also have a ton of clients at Evolve Fitness in Nova Scotia who work for different airlines. The shifts are brutal. The hours are unforgiving. And most of the work goes completely unnoticed by the passengers walking past.
